2. Collection and processing of personal data

We only process personal data (e.g. name, address, phone number, email address) that you give us voluntarily, e.g. through our contact form, the cost calculator, by email, by WhatsApp or by phone.

When you send the contact form or the request in the cost calculator, we store your details (name, phone, email, message and the details of your move) on the server of this website in order to process your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). To protect against misuse, your IP address is stored only in an encrypted form that cannot be traced back.

3. Purpose of data processing

Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Handling enquiries
• Preparing and carrying out orders
• Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting)

4. Storage and deletion

We store your data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes stated or as long as we are legally obliged to do so. After that the data is deleted.

5. Disclosure of data

Your data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary to carry out the order (e.g. subcontractors) or if we are legally obliged to do so. This website is hosted by easyname GmbH (Austria); the data sent through the forms is stored there on our behalf.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or visit our pages on Facebook or Instagram, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply. Data is only transferred to these providers once you click the respective link.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Information about your stored data
• Correction of incorrect data
• Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Objection to processing

7. Cookies and server log files

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies. There is no tracking or profiling, and no third-party content (e.g. maps or fonts) is embedded. Server log files (e.g. IP address, time of access) are stored only to keep the website running.

8. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy when necessary in order to adapt it to changed legal conditions.
